Digital Signature your legally valid electronic signature.
Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) services in India — Class 3 DSC issuance, renewal, individual and organisation signatures, encryption certificates, DGFT and foreign national DSC, and DSC token supply for MCA, GST, IT, and other e-filings.
A Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) is the electronic equivalent of a handwritten signature, issued under the Information Technology Act, 2000 by a Certifying Authority licensed by the Controller of Certifying Authorities (CCA). A DSC contains the holder's name, public key, validity period, and the issuing CA's digital signature, and is stored on a secure cryptographic USB token (FIPS-certified) for protection against misuse.
Since the rollout of e-governance across MCA, GST, Income Tax, EPF, ESI, DGFT, ICEGATE, Trade Marks Registry, and other portals, a DSC has become indispensable. Class 3 DSC — the only validly issuable class today after the discontinuation of Class 2 in January 2021 — is required for all MCA filings by directors and authorised signatories, GST returns by companies and LLPs, income tax returns where audit applies, DGFT filings for IEC and licences, ICEGATE customs filings, trademark applications, EPF and ESI registrations, and e-tendering on government procurement portals.
Our DSC practice is a one-stop window for individuals, organisations, foreign nationals, and bulk corporate requirements. We assist in choosing the right DSC type — individual signature, organisation signature, encryption-only, or document signer certificate; complete the video KYC and Aadhaar-based identity verification; ship the FIPS-certified token to the holder; renew DSCs on expiry; and provide technical support for installation, browser configuration, and e-filing portal compatibility.
